If you place an order in our webshop, we ship your products with various transport companies.
We have been selling online for many years and have shipped thousands of packages, so we know what works well and what doesn’t. We never promise next-day delivery, as unexpected delays can happen.

BICYCLES & CARGO BIKES

More and more people are ordering bicycles and cargo bikes online. It’s convenient because you can research thoroughly online and take your time to decide after visiting the physical store. All bicycles and cargo bikes come with a lead time, which is always indicated with the product. This is because many of the brands we sell are made to order for you (a specific model or colour). We have the bikes delivered from the factory to our workshop, where we fully assemble them, perform an initial service check, and make them road-ready. If you order accessories, we will install them as well.

Once ready, we ship your bike with Distri-Net couriers. They have been transporting bikes for years, and we collaborate with them for your delivery. They will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment and deliver on working days between 09:00 and 18:00. The driver has experience with bikes and can assist you if needed.

SCOOTERS

We sell a lot of kids’ scooters and adult scooters online. It’s a straightforward purchase, and we provide plenty of product information to help you choose the right one. For kids’ scooters, there is almost no assembly required—usually just aligning the handlebars or unfolding the scooter, and you’re ready to go.

For larger adult scooters, they come in a sturdy box and do require some assembly. This takes about 15 minutes. If you need help, feel free to call us at 020-7372119, even on Saturdays.

We ship scooters with GLS, one of the largest parcel carriers in the Netherlands and excellent for parcel delivery. We generally deliver scooters within 2 working days, so please order in time if it’s for a birthday. GLS delivers Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 22:00. After a few delivery attempts, you can pick up the package at a nearby depot.

ACCESSORIES

We also sell many accessories. If you purchase these together with a bicycle, cargo bike or scooter, we’ll ship them together and install them on your bike or scooter.

However, we often notice that customers realize they need an additional accessory a few weeks later. It’s nice to know you can order online 24/7. We ship accessories in a sturdy box with PostNL. PostNL delivers Tuesday to Saturday between 08:00 and 22:00. After a few delivery attempts, you can pick up your package at a local PostNL location.
