Our founder, Artur Margarida Lopes, is a true authority in the bicycle industry. For 20 years, Artur has been a passionate bicycle mechanic in Amsterdam, known for his unparalleled knowledge of every brand and type of bike. From city bikes and e-bikes to cargo bikes and scooters, Artur knows exactly what you need. Over the past 20 years, Artur has helped thousands of customers choose their perfect two- or three-wheeler. Free Wheely has had multiple locations throughout the Netherlands, but Artur prefers to be in the shop himself and has decided to focus solely on Amsterdam.
